所以今天要來分享三個可以提神醒腦的穴位哦~~
只要透過按壓穴位 每個部位刺激5~10分鐘 效果就像喝了一杯提神飲料呢
1. 百會穴 
百會穴位於頭頂正中央，只要順著兩耳尖端的方向，在頭上畫一條線，這條線的中點就是百會穴。
中醫文獻中描述百會穴為「一身之宗，百神所會」，人體所有的能量及精神都匯集在這裡，
按摩這個穴道，就可以讓精神瞬間活躍起來喔！
2. 大拇指 
中醫裡有個「全息」概論，身體的任何一個部分都可以模擬成整個身體的結構。
例如，我們可以把大拇指第二節想像成我們的脖子，那大拇指第一節就像是我們的頭部。
按摩我們的大拇指，就能促進頸部以上的循環，使氣血能到達頭部，也很有提神的效果喔！
3. 耳垂 
中醫理論中，有提到「五臟六腑，十二經脈有絡於耳」，也就是說我們人體臟腑的經絡循環都會經過耳朵，
而腦部的經絡，則大多聚集在耳垂處，因此按捏耳垂也有醒腦的作用。
